Aggrieved by the inaction of the Respondent No.6 in relusing to receive, register and release the sa-le deed presented by the petitioners in respect of their land i.e., Iand admeasuring BB33 Square yards, in survey No. 160, situated at Malkapur Village, Ramagundarn Mandal, Peddapalli District, the petitioners filed the present writ petrtlon.
