2. Heard Sri G. Raman Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleaders for Services-l and Services-Ill for respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.07.2024 and till now, his retirement \ benefrts were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleaders submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benehts of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleaders further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the benehciaries.

5.
