VTNOD KUI,IAR ORDER: Writ P on No.1 7 of 20 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learn,:d Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and with the consent of the rearned counser appearing for the parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage 2' Having regard to the manner of disposar of the writ petition at the admission stage and the nature of /rs invorved, this court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 6 is nol: necessary for adjudication of the present Writ petition.

The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that, thougr there exists family dispute between the petitioner and respondent Ncs.4 to 6, the 3'd respondent is interfering with the personal life and riberty of the petitioner at the behest of the unofficial respondents and ccercing him to settle the money issue with the unofficial respondents, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as illegal, arbitrar/ and without sanction of law.

Per contr4 learned Government pleader for Home irppearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 wourd submit that based on the compraint made by the unofficial respondents herein, the authorities ha,re registered a case, vide Crime No.332 of 2023 against the investigating into the same. petitior er and are 2

Learned Government Pleader further submits that in the course of investigation into the aforesid crime registered against the petitioner, the authorities have recorded the statements of LWs I to 4 and further investigation is in progress; that the :'d respondent authority in the course of investigation into the aforesaid crime has visited the scene of offence; and that except recording the evidences oF LWs.1 to 4 and visiting the scene of offence, he is not interfering in the civil dispute or in the family dispute betvveen the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, much less interfering in the life and liberty of the petitioner.
6. The aforesaid submission made by the harned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent No.1 to 3 is taken on record.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, and taking note of the fact that a case, vide Crime No.332 of 2023 is registered against the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed to conduct investigation into the aforesaid crime strictly in accordance with law, in an expeditious manner. B. Subject to above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
