VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No. 16545 of 2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos'l to 4, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.
2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of /s involved, this Couft is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos.5 to 7 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petilion.
3. The case ot the petitioners, in brief, is that, the 4th respondent at the behest of unofficial respondents herein, in particular the 5th respondent, is interfering ln the civil dispute relating to land admeasuring Acs.3.05 guntas in Sy.No.419/AA/1 situated at Damannapet Village, Gollapelli Mandal, Jagtial District, by summoning the petitioners to the 4rh respondent police station and threatening them to settle the matter in favour of the unofficial respondents, which action of the respondents- authorities it is contended as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. 2

In view of the afor that the authorities nur,nrutt'o on 02.06.2trrs and after . submissions and taking note of the fact received a complaint from smt'Laxmi Rajyam ausing preliminary enguiry having ciosed the 3 same on 04.06.2025 as 'civil in nature', this Court is of the view that the respondents-a uthorlties are to be directed not to interfere with the civil disputes that may exist behveen the petitioners and the unofficial respondents or Smt.Laxmr Rajyam-complainani, and in the event of any complaint being lodged aqainst the petitioners herein, the respondents- authorities are to be directed to take action stricfly in accordance with law.
