2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the respondents and perused the record. ...-- I I Pagc 2 of4

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wouid submit that the father of the petitioner iater Abdul Ha,leem was pattedar ald passbook holder of vast extent of land including the land rn Sy.Nos.63O, 617, 618, 620, 621, 619, 582, 583, 613, 609, lA, 607, 63, 614, 615, 608, 1060, 749, IO2l, 1026, 753, 19, 62 zu'rd 237 at Kailur Village and Mandal and also patteclar in Sv.Nos.S2, 91, 98, 1OO, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 109, 111, 113 and 133 situated at Nuthankal Village, Tallacla Mandal. After the demise of the father of the petitior-rer. the petitioner along rvith his two brothers and four sisteres have migrated rn search of livelihood and have been out of the village for considerable period and occasior-ra1l1, used to come to village to take care of the aforesaid la,nds. As on today, adalgai shorvs the land is in the name of the petitior-Ler's father. Taking advantage of their absence, some land grabbers have encroached the aforesaid lald and also taking steps to mutate the property in their name iilegall)r \\rithout any title
4. 1 l,earned counsel further submitted that respondent Nos.3 and 4 suctTrtrbing to political pressures put forth by J Page 3 of4 the encroachers are taking steps to mutate the property in name of encroachers without issuing notice to the petitioner and u,ithout conducting anr, cnquirv basing on the forged and fabricated Sada Bainamas. To that effect, the petitioner made a representatron to respondent No.2 about the illega1 action of respondent Nos.3 and 4, Despite receiving the same, respondent No.2 has not acted upon it.
