The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "To issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 more particularly Respondent No.3 in rejecting the petitioner's application seeking Power Supply ol Single Phase Electricity connection under Domestic Category vide registration No.NR914254351067 dated 19.O4.2025 in respectof his property i.e., H.No.32 A 29lA/1 bearing PTIN No. 1177O38369 in Gramakantam admeasuring l2O Sq Yards having plinth area of 117 Sq Feet with A.C.C. Roof situated at Badangpet Village, Balapur Revenue Malldal, Ranga Reddy District Under Badangpet Municipal Corporation, Ranga Reddy District on the ground of NOC required without following due procedure of law as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of Articles 14, 2l and 300 A of Constitution of India, besides being in violation of The Electricity Act, 2003 and pnnciples of natural justice and consequently to set aside the impugned rejection intimation which was passed basing on the petitioner's application dated 19.O4 -2025 by the respondent No.3 herein on the pretext of NOC required and thereby direct the respondents herein to provide power supply of single phase electricity connection under Domestic Category in respect of petitioner's property i.e., H.No.32-A 29lA/\ bearing PTIN No. I 177O38369 in Gramakantam admeasuring 120 Sq Yards having plinth area of 1 17 Sq Feet with A C C Rbof situated at Badangpet Village Balapur Revenue 2 Mandal Ranga Reddy District Under Badalgpet Municrpal Corporation Ranga Reddy Distnct without insisting for Noc Required".

3. Heard Sri I(atika Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Enerry for respondent No. l, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel f,rr TGSpDCL lor respondent Nos.2 to 4 and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that tlre subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.8524 of 2025 dated 20.3.2025 and requested tlris Court to pass similar order in the prescnt Writ Petition also. The same is noL seriously disputed by the learned Government Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel for the rcspondents.

In view of the above submissions and for the rea sons alike in the order of this Court in W.P.No.8524 of 2O2S dated 20.1i.2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to re-consider the application of the petitioner vide Registration No.NR9 14. 5435 1067 dated 19.4.2025 for providing single phase electricity cc nnection under domestic category duly taking into considcration the registered Gift Deed bearing document No. 1 1309 of 2024 dated 31.12.2024 r,.ithout reference to the letter addressed by the Tahsildar, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy district dated 20.2.2023 arrd pass appropriate or lers strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
