The Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home appearing for the respondents refers to a detailed counter affid avit filed by respondent No.4 disclosing the civil disputes pending between the petitioner artd respondent Nos.5 to 7 including the complaints made by them against each other before various Courts and forums.

It is further stated by respondent No.4 that the petitioner Iodged a complaint basing on which a case uid_e Cr.No.517 of 2015 under Sections 341, 442, 506 and lgg of IPC dated 09.08.2015 was registered before Miyapur Police Station and the police had taken up the investigation. It is also stated that while, the investigation was pending, the petitioner addressed a representation dated 10.O8.2015 to the Commissioner of police, Deputy Commissioner of police and Assistant Commissioner of Police, contending that certain offences relating to the ownership of the subject land covered by O.S.No.9gg of 20 15, were not properly registered under the relevant provisions, including Sections 465 and 46g of IpC in Cr.No.385 of 2015. It is the grievarce of the petitioner that the said sections were omitted wiile registering the said crime. Further, the petitioner also alleged that the police 3 VRKR,.' wP 25779 2075 are interfering in civil disputes. However, respondent No.4 has clarified in the counter that the police were only conducting investigation in the said registered crime and that the police never interfered in civil disputes between the parties.

Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the police not to interfere in civil disputes between the petitioner and f6spondent Nos.S to 7 or in respect of the property claimed by the petitioner.
