Having heard learned counsei for the petitioner, learned Assistalt Government pleader for Revenue and learned counsel for respofident Nos.4 and 5, since the petitioner has already instituted a civil suit uid.e O.S. No.169 of 2O2S on the frle of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Ramannapet, this Court does not see any reason or ground to keep the writ petition pending. 7 .
