2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

It is stated that the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are having land in Sy.No.l12l1/1 to an extent of Ac.O.1O gts and Sy.No.Il2/ll2 to an extent of Ac.O.lO gts., which is situated at Ambaripet village, Velgatoor Mandal of Jagtial District. It is further stated that the names of the petitioners have been recorded in revenue records and pattadar passbooks have also been issued in respect of l i I l I I i 2 1 *-r.*r-rUrrr'lrlfii the subject property. It is the further stated that due to abnormal increase of land prices, some of the neighbouring land owners have started disturbing the boundaries of the subject lands ald as such, the petitioners had submitted F-Line applications vide No.DER0225OI t62TZ8 arld DERO225 Ot162775 dated 16-04-2025, by paying requisite fee to conduct survey of the subject rands and lx the boundaries. The grievance of the petitioners is that even after receiving the said F-Line application; the respondent authorities are not conducting survey and hxing the boundaries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that in terms of the circular issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, the respondents are bound to consider the application within 45 days from the date of the application after collecting necessary charges.

[earned Assistant Government. pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that the respondents will consider the aforesaid F-Line appiication submitted by the petitioners by following due procedure laid down under law and conduct Survey and demarcate the subject land by frxing boundaries.

It is settted law that the Survey Department has the authority to conduct survey and demarcate lands in accordance 3 CVB& J W.P.No.l6l18 of 2025 with the provisions of the Telangana Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli (Act No. VIII of 1317 Fasli), the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, and the Rules framed there under. The Government has issued various circulars specifying the conditions for conducting surveys, particularly F-Line (field measurement) suweys. Individuals requesting such surveys are required to submit specific documents, and if the conditions stipulated in the circulars are fulfilled, the survey and boundary hxation may be conducted. The Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, exercising powers under the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, issued relevant circulars from time to trrne uide Rc.No.N 1 /654 3 I 99, dated 25.07 .2OO r, Rc.No.N 1 / 14Oa I 07, dated 13.07.2OO7, and Rc.No.N2/1741/2OlO, dated 18.05.2010 stipulating the conditions for conducting survey of private lands and as per the said circulars, if the petitioners fulfill all the conditions of the said circular, it is an obligation for the respondents to conduct survey within the time specifred in the said circulars. ) ) \

In view of the aforesaid discussion, this Court deems it writ petition directing the appropriate to dispose of this respondents to examine the F-line application uide No.DER0225OI16277a arrd DER0225O1162775, dated L6-O4-2O25 4 *.p.u".btnTfiz{ submitted by the petitioners for conducting survey ald demarcation by hxing boundary stones to the subject lands and if the petitioners fulhll all the conditions mentioned in the circulars issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records from time to time, the respondents shall conduct survey of the subject lands, after issuing notices to all the interested/ affected persons and adjacent pattadars and after considering their objections, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
