Counsel for the Petitioners: SRi M.A.K.MUKHEED Counsel for the Respondents: AGP FOR STAMPS & REGISTRATION The Court made the following: ORDER 'r' THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH WRIT PETITION No.15895 of 2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of a - the stage of admission itself. 2, The case of the petitioners is thar they are the absolute owners and possessors of suit schr:dule property total admeasuring to an extent of Ac.32.33 g..rntas situated at Kardikal Village, Charminar Mandal, Hydcrabad District, by virtue of Gift Deed dated 2l .O1 .1985. Thc grievance of the petitioners is that when the said Gift Decd is submitted lor validation by paying necessary fees, the rcspondent No.4 refused to validate the above said Gift Deed without asslgnlng any reason.

Learned Assistant Gover:nment pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing on beha.if of the I -. :r. -.: -., 1 2 SK, J wP 15895 2025 respondents would submit that the petitioners have not submitted any document as alleged in the Writ Petition and if they files their Gift Deed along with representation, the Registering Authority would consider the sarne in accordance with the provisions of the Act, 1899 and the Rules made thereunder for validating the document'
4. In view of the said submissions, this Court d.eems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the petitioners to submit the Gift Deed, dated
21.Ot.1985 along with representation for validation and collection of the deficit stamp duty under Sections 3l' 32, 33, 4l and. 42 of the Act, 1899 and if such document is presented, the fourth respondent is directed to examine the same in accordance with the provisions of the Act, 1899 and as per the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.38465 of 2022, dated 26.10.2022 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
