Heard Sri Chandra Sekhar Ilapakurti, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government pleader for Social Welfare for respondent Nos. 1, 3 arrd 4; and learned Government pleader for Revenue for respondenL Nos.2 and 5. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

Learned colrnsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner of an agricultural land admeasuring Ac.4.3g guntas covered under Survey No. 1441 (old Sy.No.47g) situated at Papakollu village of Julurpadu Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. While things stood thus, respondent No.5 initiated L.T.R. proceedings uide L.T.R. case No.g7/2 O2O / JLp and passed an e.jectment order on 09.O2.2O27 directing respondent No.5 to eject ( I l \ I i i I I I I 2 PK.J Wp 16178 2025 the petitioner from the subject property and to asslgn the same to eligible tribal. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred appeal before respondent No.3 uide C'M'A'No'43 of'2024 and uide order, cl:rted Or.11.2024, respondent No'3 dismissed the said appeal bl confirming the order, d-ated' 09 'O2 '2O2 l Challenging the same, lhe petitioner preferred Revision Petition before respondent No.1 uide R.P.No.90lTW.LTR/2O25 and the same is pending considelation.Therefore,learnedcounselpraysthisCourtto clirecl responclent No.1 lo pass appropriate orders in the aforesaid Revision Petir-ior-r within a stipulated period of time
