Petitioner No.2 has filed a Civil Suit in O'S'No'6 of 2025 againstrespondent Nos.S to t2 for perpetual injunction and learned trial Court has granted status quo order in the said suit and the same is pending. Even though the status quo order is subsisting, respondent No.7 is interf'ering with the possession of the subject property in violation of the status quo without following due procedure laid down under law.
