Having regard to the nature of lis involved and the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition' this Court is of the view that notice to unofhcial respondent Nos'6 to 17 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition' 3. The case of the petitioner' in brief is that while there exists civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofhcial respondents, the respondent Nos'2 to 5 are interfering in civil disputes without any authority or sanction of law and thus' the action of the said respondents is illegal and arbitrary' 4. Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos l to 5 while denying the writavermentswouldContendthatthelstpetitioner,ssonhad made a call to Diai 1OO, upon which the Patrolling Team 2 attached to tfu6 4*r subject site. respondent police station had visited the r. On the patrolling Team visiting the subject site ancl noticing that there are di5p111." between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent herein in relation to thr: subject land which are subject matter of various civil sutts before the competent Court of civil jurisdiction, the respondcnt authorities have direcred lhe part.tes to resolve the dispute before the competent Court of civil jurisdiction, without creating lari, and order issues in the area.

Learned Government pleader further submits that the respondent authorities except responding to Dial l0O call made by th6 1"r petitioner,s son are not interfering in the civil disputes and as of date no compliant has been received against the petitioner herein by the authorities to initiate any action. 7. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government pleader for Home is taken on record. 8. In vrew of the aforesaid submission anci taking note of the fact that there are inter secivil disputes between the petitioner and the unofflcial respondents which are subject matter varrous suits pending before I the competent Court of civil I I a I 1 this Court is of the jurisdiction at Warangal and Ham.rmkonda' view that the respondent authorities are to be directed not to interfere with the civil disputes' Further' it is made clear that in the event of any complaint being lodged or registered against the petidoner' the respondent authorities are directed to take further action strictly in accordance with law' 9.
