Petition Under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of l\4andamus decraring the action of Respondent No. 5 in interfering into the peaceful life and liberty and interfering into the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 and calling the Petitioner to the Police Station and threatening to handover the Building of the Petitioner through vide House bearing No. B- 3- 2321C13511, which is situated at Venkatagiri, Yousufguda, Hyderabad for the purpose of running the star Global School of the Respondent No. 7 and creating panic situations by colluding with the Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 is illegal, arbitrary, u nconstitutiona I and violation of Articles 14, 2'l and 300- A of constitution of lndia and also violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the Respondent No.5 not to interfere into the peaceful life and liberty and not to interfere into civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.6 and 7 and not to threaten the Petitioner to handover his building premises bearing House No. 8- 3- 2321C135/1 , which is situated at Venkatagiri, Yousufguda, Hyderabad to the Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 for running the school without having any jurisdiction. l.A.NO:1 OF 2025 Petition Under Section '1 5.1 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 5 not to interfere into the peaceful life and liberty and not to interfere into civrl disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.6 and 7 and not to threaten the Petitioner to handover his building premises bearing House No. 8- 3-2321Cl35/1 , which is situated at Venkatagiri, Yousufguda, Hyderabad to the Respondent Nos.6 and 7 for running the school without having any jurisdiction pending disposal of the writ petition. With the consent of leamed counsel appearing for the respective parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.

I laving regard to the nature of /ls involved and the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court is of the view that notice 1o unofficial respondents is not necessary for ad.judication of the present Writ Petition. 3 l'he case of the petitioncr in brief'is that the 5th respondent authority is interfering with the lile and liberty of the petitioner at the behest of unolficial respondent Nos.6 and 7.

Petitioner fufther contends that he is the GPA holder in respect of house bearing No.8-2-2321C/3511 situated at Venkatagiri, Yousufguda, Hyderabad, which was leased out earlier in favour of -rh7"' respondent herein, which lease l-rad expired on 04-06-2025, and the 2 7th respondent having vacated and delivered possession of the said propefty to the petitioner on expiry of the lease period'

Petitior-rer fufther contends that notwithstanding the lease tenure had ended, the 7th respondent through the 6th respondent is using the police power of the 5,h respondent to coerce the petitioner to lease out the subject propefty once again to the 7'h respondent for the purpose of running a school therein, and thus, the 5th respondent is interfering with the life and tiberty of the petitioner, which action it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Articlc 14' 21 and 300-A ofthe Constitution oflndia'

Per contra, learned Govemment Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5 while denying the Writ averments would submit that as of date, no complaint is received against the petitioner on the file ol 5,h respondent Police Station for the authorities to interfere with the life and tiberty of the petitioner' 7 . The aforesaid submission made by the leamed Govemment Pleader for Home is placed on record'

Having regard to the submissions made as above, and since, it is now stated that no complaint is received against the petitioner nor any 3 case is registered against the petilioner, the Courl is of view that the respondent authorities are to be restrained tiom interfering with the life and tiberty of the petitioner, and are to be directed to follow due process of law in the event of any complaint being lodged against the petitioner. 9 Subject to above observation and direction' the Writ Petition is disposed oi No costs.
