1. This is an appeal fited by the Appeltant/ Insurance Company chattenging the order dated 24'01-2019 passed in op.No.58 0f 7018 by rhe (M.A.c.T) ,r Addt. District Judge at Asifabad.

2. Ms. U.Geetha, Regional Manager the authorized representative of Appetlant / lnsurance Company, has appeared and represented that the Insurance company decided not to pursue the present appeat and therefore they are withdrawing the appeat.

3. The said representation is recorded and the appeat is dismissed as withdrawn, confirming the judgment and decree of the Court/Tribunat betow. The amount, if any, remaining unpaid to the ctaimant(s) shatt be deposited by the Insurance company within one month from the date of receipt of the award, along with interest.
