2. Learned counsel for respondent No.6-Temple submits that respondent No.6-Temple has no objection in deleting the tand admeasuring Ac.O.12 guntas from the Iarfl!!'added in the respondent No.6-Temple as per Para Nos.S and 6 of ,0 the counter filed by respondent No.6

Learned counsel for respondent No.6-Temple further submits that after filing of the writ petition, the writ petitioner filed O.S.No.2O9 of 2O2l on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge at Siricilla with regard to the other extent of land admeasuring Ac.O.O4 guntas for declaration \ \ **5 .; -r*,!{.,.l*L .-. -,'.' On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits tha.t in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.6-Temple requested to direct the revenue authorities to delete the land admeasuring Ac.O.L2 guntas situated in Survey No.36O at Repaka Village, Illanthakunta Mandal, Rajanna Siricilla District from the respondent No.6-Temple and add the same ln favour of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that with regard to other extent of land Ac.0.rO4 guntas will be pursued in the pending Civil Suit before the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Siricilla and requested to pass appropriate orders.

In view of the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent Nos .2 to 6 to modify and correct the entries in revenue records by adding Ac-o -L2 guntas of the land to the petitioner in survey // ',,::'t:. :.' 3 No.360 situated at Repaka Village, Itlanthakunta Mandal, Rajanna Siricilla District from the respondent No.6-Temple land mentioned in the revenue records and the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the matter with regard to remaining land of Ac.O.04 guntas in O.S.No.209 of 2O2l on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge at Siricilla before Civil Court. After disposal of the said suit, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application before the revenue authorities for correction of entries, if necessary. There shall be no order as to costs.
