Perused the material available on record' It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner 3. that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court dated 10'07'2O15 in W.P.No.25293 of 2Ol4 and batch' as modified by the Division Bench of this Court in W'A'Nos' 112 2 and' 1136 of 2O 16' dated 03.11.2016. It b made clear that the competent authoitg i"s entitled to collect samples in compliance of Part C of the order dated 23.02.2021 and test the ampatibilitg of the products meeting the parar eters to be marketed 2 a.s bio-nutients, before granting the prouisional Certificate of Regi.stration. It b in the public inte;rest to ensure that a product to be produced and marketed. as o bio-nutient with the object of helping the- farmer to deuelop high cellulose and resistance pou-ter in the plants meets the parameters to EnW o,s a bio-nutient. The petitioners shall cotperate in drau.ting the samples.
