It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Acs. 3.19 guntas in Sy.No.566/3 (old Survey No.566/C), situated at Gorrekunta Village, Gisugonda Mandal, Warangal Rural District (for short, 'the subject land'). It \ c CVBR, J Vr.P.No.16O78 of 2025 is further stated that Lhe petitioner is an ex-serviceman and has retired as Sergeant on 01. 10.1987 in the Indian Air Force and by virtue of G.O.Ms.l5l9/64, Revr:nue Department dated 23.09.1964, on an application of the petitioner, the subject land was assigned to hinr uide proceedings Rc.No.D2/ 15211 1978 and he was also issued patta pa:sbook uide Khata No.242, but the new passbook uide Khata No. 1088i6 issued by the Government is showing the extent of the subject land a:; Acs. 2.3O guntas instead of Acs. 3.19 guntas. The grievance of the petitiorLer is that he made an online application bearing No.23001 14859 dated la.AZ .2023 seeking for correction of the extent, but the same was rejected witlrout assigning any reasons

3. Considered the submissions of the learneC counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this wrir_ petition is being disposed at the admission stage.

4. This Court has carefully examined the impug.ned order rejecting the application submitted for issuance of e-pattadar passbook. Except saying that the "Application for Passbook Data Correct.on 2300114g59 is rejected by Collector", no valid reasons whatsoever har; been assigned to enable the petitioner to take appropriate action. Since th<: impugned order is not in consonance u,ith the prrnciples of natural justice, the same is liable to be set aside and accordingly, the same is set aside and the respondent 3 CVBR, J W.P.No.16O78 of 2025 authorities are directed to re-examine the application No.2300114859 dated

18.07.2023 submitted by the petitioner and if he is otherwise eligible and entitle and fulfils all the requirements mentioned in CCLA's Circular No.1 of 2O2l d.ated 15.01.2021 and Circular No. 1 of 2024 dated 28.02.2024 and also the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act,2025, consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with iaw and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
