The writ petrtion is filed with the following prayer: "To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MarLdamus declanng the action of the Respondents 2 to 6 in not releasing power supply to 6Nos Domestic load each of 5KW and release of Additional load of 4KW each on Service connection bealng Sc No 42047L61-lKW, A2O47l6O-lKW and 42047162-IKW thus making a total load of 45KW to the petitioner property bearing Municipal No 7 ),-283 admeasuring 234 Sq yds out of 322 Sq yds situated at Ba-lkampet, Hyderabad as illegal null void arbitrary ald consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 6 to release the power supply without insisting for occupancy certifi cate".
