2. Heard Sri P. Venkateshwer Rao, learned counsel appea-ring for the petitioners, Sri V. Sathish Kumar, learned Standing counsel for TGSRTC appearing for respondent Nos.l and 2 and learned Government Pleader for Transport appearing for respondent No.3 and perused ttre material available on record.

Learned counsel for tJle petitioners submits that the petitioners were recruited in Nalgonda Region as directly as Mechanics with a qualification of Two years ITI Course with Motor Mechanic Trade and they have completed more than 14 years of service in the post of Mechanic, but not getting \' \il 2 promotion as per TGSRTC Recruitment Regulations 2004, 1n tl.e Mechnical Engineering Department (class III services) for the Recruitment of l,eading Hand under Section-F Clause (c) & (d) the Direct Recruited Mechanics are entifled for the post of Leading Hand Promotion in a unit of 12 vacancies in a division for 6ttr and iOth vacancy. For tJle said reliei the petitioners made a representation before the authorities on 20.03.2025 and 15.04.2025 respectively. The contention of the petitioners is that without disposing of their representations, the authorities are going to implement the promotions.
4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that they have no objection to dispose of tlle representations dated 2O.O3.2O25 and 15.04.2025 submitted by the petitioners.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, if the respondent authorities are going to affect promotion, the petitioners are the losers.

This Court having considered the rival submissions made by the respective parties, is of the considered view, that this writ petition can be disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the !?BF;@ ,,,.::; :::1at:1i:.:.:.:,;. .': f { *.4.}jE- 3 representations dated 2O.O3.2O25 and i5.04.2O25 submitted by ttre petitioners, if the petitioners are otherwise eligible only, for the promotions as per the regulations arrd pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordalce with law.
