Learned Assistant Government Pleader for l-1, that the allegation made by the petitione'r ,me submits that the respondents/police authorities are interfering with tht: - possession and enjoyment of the land at the instance of I re unofficial respondents is wholly baseless and devoid of su rstance. He further submits that the respondents/police authoritt s are acting strictly within the framework of law and that no actior lmounting to interference has been undertaken. Accordingly, I e prays for dismissal of the writ petition.
5. Learned counsel for the unofficial respondent:; submits that the unofficial respondents have no involvement wl'i tsoever with the allegations made in the writ petition and that 1l e averments against them are unfounded.
6. I have perused the material available on record. 7 . Having regard to the petitioners' assertion in the affidavit that the respondents/police authorities are interferir 1 with their possession of the subject land, and considering tht: stand of the respondents/police authorities as well as the we ll-recognized Iimitations on police intervention in civil <li ;putes, the respondents/police authorities are directed to 'efrain from interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitio rers over the 3 property in question, except strictly in accordance with law and by following due process.
