2. Heard Sri K. Ram Reddy, iearned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been hled assailing the action of respondents in ignoring ard overlooking the petitioner for promotion as Sub-Registrar Grade-II and further considering the case of unofficia-l respondent Nos.4 and 5, who are not eligible for promotion.
