VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No,18491 ol 2O25 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent t',toi.f and 2, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 5 and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.

2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of /s lnvolved, this Court is of the view that notice to unoFficial respondent l,los.6 to B, who are arrayed by name, is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that, she had approached the respondents-authorities and submitted a representation dt.16.04.2025 against respondent Nos.6 to 8 herein and in spite of the petitioner submitting the aforesaid representation/complaint disclosing the commission of a non-cognizable offence by respondent Nos.6 to g, the 2nd respondent did not take any action on the aforesaid representation/ complaint by registering an FIR, and thus, the inaction on the pat of the 2nd respondent it is contended as illegal, arbitrary and in dereliction of duties. 2

Per contra, learned Government pleader for lome appearing on behalf of resp,cndent Nos.1 and 2 would submit th;.t the respondents_ authorities by :onsidering the representation dt.16.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent had forwarder, the same to the Commissioner, Rachakonda Commissionerate, wh I thereafter had endorsed the same to the jurisdictional police autl orities for causing enquiry and tak.ing necessary action.

Learned Government pleader further submits tl- 3t on the aforesaid complaint made by the petitioner having been fonruarded to the jurisdictional authority by the commissioner, the authc rities, after making a GD entry and causing preliminary enquiry, have registered a case, vide Crime No.122 of 2025 dt.12.06.2025 and are inv( stigating into the aforesaid crime registered.

6. By statinq as above, Iearned Government pleade.has placed bel,ore this court a copry of the FIR in crime No.122 of 2025 dt.r2.06.2025 and the same is taken on record.

7. Having regard to the submissions made as abor e, since, it is now stated before tl- is court of the jurisdictional police aul horities, based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 16.04.2025, t-aving registered a case, vide Crime No.122 of 2025, dt.IZ.O6.2O25, this Cturt is of the view that the grievarce of the petitioner in the present w-it petition stands I t \ w',,.rtrtr. , ' ,4. .!' ,/ 3 redressed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner of investigation or the provisions under which the aforesaid crime is I I registered or with regard to the investigating authority, the petitioner has to avail further remedies provided under BNSS and for the said reason, cannot maintain the present Writ Petition.

8. Granting liberty as noted above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
