3. Heard Sri P.V.Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Pleader for Forest for respondent Nos. 1 to 3; and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.4 and 5.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners inherited land to an extent of Ac.13.O0 guntas in Sy.No. 1 of Chilukur Village (Kancha Chilikur), Hyderabad West taluk. The Forest. authorities under a notillcation declared an extent of Ac. 1211 acres as reserved forest. The Forest Department now seeks to utilize the petitioners' land for the public purpose. 5. Learned Government pleader for respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that respondent No.S will consider the representation, dated 26.05.2025, submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this Writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.5 to consider the representation, dated 26.05.2Cl25, submitted by the petitioners for conducting joint survey and for demarcation of the subject land, and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate a copy thereof to the petitioners.
