The evidence ot PW5-billing manager in Mediciti Hospital (Now Medicover Hospital) is that the appellant-petitioner was brought to Mediciti Hospital on 20.O1.2015 and was discharged on 27 .Ol-2O 15 and the total bill amount was Rs. 1,02,OO7 /- after deduction she paid Rs.90,000/-. Ex.A7 is the final bill issued by the hospital and some of the bills under Ex.A8 are also issued by them. Some of the bills in Ex.AS are prepared by K.Srinivas billing executive and it bears his sigrrature. In his cross examination he denied the suggestion that the patient has not paid Rs.9O,OOO/ -' -'-' 7 /a BRMR, J ,1/ CMA.No. 234 of 2022 Ex.A7 is the inpatient hnal bill of Mediciti h ospital dated 27.01.2015.
