2. Heard Smt. Uma Devi Nama, Iearned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 and learned Government pleader for School Education appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 5. 3, Learned counser for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.03.2024 and till now, her retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government preader submits that the bi[s pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are arready processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government. preader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts wiil be released to the beneficiaries.

5.
