GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the f,rllowing: ORDER HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16255 of 2o24 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of th.e Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of Deputy Inspector of survey, Survey and Land Records, Siddipet Division and District, respondent No.3 herein in not conducting survey, hxing boundary stones of survey number 1015 and not demarcating the land to an extent of Ac. 1.01 gts., in survey number 1Ol512lB situated at Ainapur Village ald Komuravelli Mandal, Siddipet District pursuant to the representations dated 09lO7 /2O2O made by the petitioner herein as illegal, arbitrary, improper and in violation of Article 3OO-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.3 herein to conduct the survey, hx boundary stones of survey number IO15 and not demarcating the land to an extent of Ac. I .0 1 gts., in survey number lO15/2/B situated at Ainapur Village and Komuravelli Mandal, Siddipet District in the interest of justice and pass..."

2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and posses Ior of the agricultural land to an extent of Acs.8.38 guntas conlF,rised in various survev numbers situated at Ainapur Vil1zige, I(omuravelli Mandal, Siddipet District. It is furthcr stated that the petitioner has made an application dated 09.07.2020, seeking to conduct survey of the lands in liy.Nos.113, 115, l16, l17,ll8, 121, 133, 139 and 1 0 1 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that while conducting survey of the subject lands, the respondents have not conducted survey of the land situated in Sy.No.l015, despite conducting survey of the remaining surve\. numbers. 4. Learncc Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that ercept the land Sy.No. lt) 1 r, the remaining lands are adjacent to each other. Thcrr:fore, notices have been issued to adjacent pattadars anr,l the survey has been conducted. Since the Sy.No.1015 is; forming part of different area, fresh notices have to be issued to adjacent pattadars ald to the persons w I I I I interested. Consequently, the survey for the land in Sy.No.1015 could not be conducted.

In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that ends of justice would be met if the petitioner is permitted to make an F-line application seeking to conduct survey of the land in Sy.No.1015, subject to payment of necessary charges and if the application fulfills all the requirements of the Circulars issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, the respondents are directed to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (OB) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations, the writ petition 1S disposed of. No Costs As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions ending, if any, shall stand closed. SD/.T.
