It is submitted that, in view of the amicable settlement reached outside the Court between us as per the advice of elders to lead peaceful life and as a part of compromise and settlement, the Quash Petitioners herein have already compromised the Case which was pending against the 2nd Respondent herein and against his son and wife in C.C.No.53/2022 on the file of Additional ludicial First- Class Magistrate at Husnabad before the Lok-Adalath on 12-03-2022, the 2nd Respondent herein have now decided to with draw the Case filed by him in C.C.No.22812022 pending on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Husnabad against the Quash Petitioners/Accused No.1 to 3 by filing appropriate Petitions before this Hon'ble Coutt.

It is further submitted that, in view of the above-mentioned Compromise, the Respondent have no grievance against the Quash Petitioners/Accused No.1 to 3 and as such he has decided to withdraw the Case in C.C.No.228l2022 pending on the file of Additional ludicial First Class Magistrate at Husnabad filed against the Quash Petitioners. It is further submitted that, in view of the above mentioned Compromise, both parties to this Joint Memo have no grievance against each other and as such both paties have decided to close the Case, therefore the 2nd Respondent/Defacto-Complainant decided to withdraw and close the Case in C.C.No.22812022 pending on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Husnabad, by filing this loint Memo in the pending Quash Petition' Therefore, this Hon'ble court may record the Compromise in the interest of Justice by allowing the above quash petition. Section 34 of IpC and numbered the same as C.C.No.22812022 may be withdrawn by filing necessary compromise Petitions in the euash petition to be filed by the euash Petitioners/Accused No.1 to 3 herein. ,)

It is submitted that as part of setflement and com promise, the Quash petitioners herein and the 2nd Respondent herein appeared before the National Lok_Adalath on 72_03_2022and compromised the Case in C.C.No.53/2022 on the file of Additional ludicial First-Class Magistrate at Husnabad which was pending against the 2nd Respondent and against his son and wife and accordingly the Hon,ble Lok-Adalath has closed the Case against the 2nd Respondent herein and against his son and wife on tZ_03_2022.
