2. Heard Mr. Kuthuru Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners in W.P. No.882l of 2025, Mr. Mohammed Adnan, learn,ed counsel for the petitioner in W.P. No.15942 of 79?5, ,-1 ' IVlr. ,G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned standing counsel for GHMC, and Mr. Tarun G. Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.5, in, W.P. No.8821 of 2025 3, fhe grievance of the petitioners in these writ petitions is that their representations dated 31.08.2024, 27.06.2024 and 10.02.2025 seeking cancellation of building permission issued in favour of IWs. G.K. Infra Projects Pvl Limited in File No.002533/GHMC/ 1250/SLPL12O23-BP dated 24.06.2023 were not considered by the GHMC authorities. 2

4. Learned counsel for respondent No.5 in W.p. No.gg2l of 2025 submitted that respondent No.5 - IWs. G.K. Infra projects pvt. Limited is the developer of the property admeasuring I l2g.l7 square meters in Survey No.68 Part of Myapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy Disnict. The building permission was gftrnted for construction oftwo (2) cellars + one (l) ground + four (4) upper floors in the subj.ect property vide prmit dated 24.06.2023.

5. Leamed standing counsel for the GHMC submitted that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioners, show_cause notice nide Lr.No.002533[pS/HO/SLpZtcIMCt2O25/ 157 I dated ll.l}.:1025 was issued to IWs. G.K. Infra projects pvt. Limited and date ol'hearing was fixed on LS.LO.ZOZI.

6. .4,s it is stated by the leamed standing counsel tbr the GHMC that action has been initiated on the representation of the petitioners and strow-cause notice vide Lr.No.002533/TpS/HO ISLIZ/GHMC/ 202511571 dated 1t.10.2025 has been issued, recording the same, these rrit petitions are disposed of, directing the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, to conclude enquiry pursuant to the show-cause notice dated I l. 10.2025, by issuing notice I o a J and affording opportunity of hearing to all parties, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of recerpt of a copy of this order.
