(Dry land) in Sy.No.134/3 of Jajireddygudem Village and Mandal, Suryapet Nalgonda District, pursuant to his old Pattedar pass Book vide Patta No.83260 vide patta No.110 which was issued by respondent No.6 in his favour and another representation vide Proc.No. D11121212018, dt.12-Q6-2018 and 29-06-2020 in respect of removal of encroachment of land an extent Ac.l-34 Gts. comprising of four borewells in Sy.No.133 of Jajireddygudem Village and Mandal, Suryapet District of respondent No.8, who is none other than his paternal uncles son, as arbitrary, unjust, non- est, and against the principal of natural justice as well as infringement of rights guaranteed under Article 3004 of Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to 7 to consider the representations of the petitioner by conducting the proper enquiry by surveying the total land in Sy.No.133, 134 and 135 of Jajireddygudem Village and Mandal, Suryapet District by correcting the entries in the Revenue Records, Online Record and in new Pattedar Pass Book in respect of in.respect of his land an extent Ac.3-21 Gts. (Dry land) in Sy.No.134/3 of Jajireddygudem Village and Mandal, in accordance with entries as mentioned in my old pattedar pass Book vide Patta No.83260 vide patta No.'1 10 which was issued by respondent No.6 in, favour of the petitioner, and put the petitioner in possession in respect of land an extent Ac.1-34 Gts. comprising of four borewells in Sy.No.133 of Jajireddygudem Village by removing the encroachments of respondent No. 8,9 and 1 1 to 13 simultaneously by surveying the total lands in Sy.No.'133, 134 and'135 of Jajireddygudem Village and Mandal, Suryapet District making necessary corrections of entries in the Revenue Records, Online Computer entries and issue the new Pattedar Pass Book. lA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under section 1s'l cpc praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.4 to 7 to conduct the proper enquiry in respect of petitioner's land as mentioned in his old pattedar pass Book vide patta No.83260 vide patta No.110 by making necessary corrections of entries in the Revenue Records, Pahanis, online computer entries and issue the new pattedar pass Book accordingly.
