3. Perused the record.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Acs.2.04 guntas in Survey No.102 of NampallyVillage, Garbi Taluqa, Hlderabad District, and the said land is inam land. His grievance is that the 2 respondent authorities acqurred an exrenr of 21.33 square yar& (17.85 square meters) out of the aforesaid land for the, puqpose of metro rail project. However, the respondents have not paicl any compensarion ro the petitioner.

5. It is averred that the peririoner got issued legal notice to respondents No.2 to 5 on 27.0g.2014 to pay compensarion as per hrs entitlement. In spite of the same, respondents No.2 to 5 have neither paid the compensarion nor issued any reply. Such action of respondents No.2 to 5 is in gross violation of the provisions of the Rrght to Fair Compcnsation ancl Trar-rsparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitadon and Resemlement Act, 2013, and Articles 3OO A of the Constitution of India.

6. A perusal of the record reveals that on 2g.04.2015, this Court admined the writ petition and issued norices to the respondents. Till date, the respondents have not filed counter-affidavit. ! i I I i I i 3

Leamed Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 and 5 and leamed fusistant Govemment Pleader for Land Acquisition joindy submit that respondents No.2 to 5 will consider the claim of the petitioner, pursuant to the legal notice dated 27.08.2014 issued by him, in accordance t \ with law and requested this C-oun to grant reasonable time.

Fiaving considered the aforesaid submission made by leamed Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 and 5 and leamed fusistant Govemment Pleader for Land Acquisition and as the respondents have not yet taken any decision pursuant to the legal notice dated 27.08.201,4 issued by the petitioner, this C-ourt deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to consider the claim of the petitioner pursuant to the legal notice dated 27.08.2014 ssued by him and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of penonal hearing to the petitioner, if not 4 -)y already done, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copyof this order.
