The person in-charge representing resl,ondent No.6 as well as the learned Government pleader for Cooperation have appeared and on instructions submittec that due to the pendency of the writ petition and the cc,ntempt case before this Court ald also the stay granted b,z this Court, the elections could not be conducted and that the stay was vacated on 07 .O4.2O25 and thereaJter, the provisional voters' list has already been submitted by th,) person in_ charge to respondent No.2. Therefore, furth,:r steps are needed for conducting the elections. Both the counsel sought some reasonable time for conducting th,: elections.

In view of the above, this Court deem I it fit ard proper to direct respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to < onduct the \ \ \---.1,\ ] !.1 - 2 elections to respondent No.6 Society within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and respondent No.2 shall issue appropriate directions in this regard.
