2. Heard S nt. Uma Devi Nama, learned r:cunsel for the petitioner, learred Government Pleader for Finan':e appearing for respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5 and learned Governnrent Pleader for School Educ.rtion appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 6.

3. Learned rounsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.06.2024 and till now, her retirement benefits were not released by the respondents

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim oF the token numbers, amounts will be released to thr: beneficia ries.
