4. Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, they moved l.A'Nos 3 and 4 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise and by recording the settlement to 2

5. This court vide order dated 1 1.06.202s referred the parties to the High court Legal services committee for identification and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the setflement. The secretary, High court Legal services committee, has submitted report dated 17.06.2025 stating that the parties were identified by their respective counser and also on verification of Aadhar cards/ldentity cards and the enquiries revealed that the parties have willfully and without coercion entered into settlemenVcompromise. 6 I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record

The accusations against the petitioner/accused in the porice Report are that on 03 03-2025 afternoon, whire respon dent No.2rde facto complainant and his cousin Aasha Jani were proceeding on a two-wheeler from Vattinagulapally towards Hyderabad ord city, en route near Sabitha Nagar, Kokapet, at about 12.00 hours, the petitioner/accused drove his car bearing registration No. TG og A 0060 with high speed, in rash and negrigent manner and hit the motor cycre of .respondent No.2 from behind, due to which the rider and piilion rider fel )J N/'l(,/ I.A.No:. ) and4 oJ202i in/and Cr/.P.No. 6813 of 2025 down on the road and the pillion rider (Aasha Jani) sustained head injuries and rider (respondent No.2) sustained bruises and lacerations on knees and right ear. lmmediately, they were shifted to Hospital for treatment and on 04.03.2025 at B-33 AM, while undergoing treatment at osmania General Hosptal, the pillion rider succumbed to head injuries sustained in the road accident. Thus, the petitioner/accused committed the alleged offences. I l

Having oonsidered the allegations, the nature of charged offences and taking into account the amicable settlement between the parties and to restore peace among them, in the light of the dictums in Gian Singh v' State of Punjab and anotherl and Anil Mishra v. State of ll'P'2; State of Madhya Pradesh v. Laxmi Narayan and others3, this Cou( is of the considered view that quashment of the impugned proceedings in view of the settlement by exercising jurisdiction under section 482 Cr.P.C.1528 o',f BNSS, 2023, would be in the interest of justice.
9. Accordingly, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed: Consequently' all proceedings in C.C.
