SREE SUDHA WRIT PETITION No.189 43 0F 2012 ORDER: This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not extending the Transport Allowance to the petitioners as per the Central Civil Services (Revised pay) Rules, 2008 is illegal and to direct the respondents to extend the Transport allowance to the petitioners from the period from 01.09.2008 onr.vards together with arrears and other benefits to r.r,hich petitioners are entitled.

2. l,earned counsel for respondents stated that the Directorate General directed all the units of CISF units to sanction Transport Allorrvances vide letter No. E. 28O17 / 1/089-trstt.tIlVot.IIl2OOB, dated 02.tt.2OtO and accordingly they havc pard the entire amount of Transport Allowance to the petitioners.

3. No representation for the petitioners. Considering the submission of learned counsel for respondents and as the Traveliing Allowalce was paid to the petitioners, this Court finds no reason to continue the present writ petition and is liable to bc dismissed.
