Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitiorers have made a Prajavani application vide No.Mt)DSEClEl2023l006l 3, dated 19.09.2023 seeking ro modify the staius rrf the land to an extent of Acs.4.06 guntas in Survey No.5l7lP irnd Acs.3.34 guntas in Survey No.5l8 situated at Kistapur Village, Medchal Gram panchayat, Medchal Taluq, Medchal-Malkajgiri District ('subject properties' for brevity) to Non Agricuitural land. fhe application of the petitioner has been considered and respondent No.4 has recommended the case of the petrtioner to respondent No.2 vide Lr.No.B/76712023, dated

20.102023 stating that the subject properties have already been converterl into nonagricultural purpose. He would further submit that desp te the said recommendation, no action has been taken by respondent No.2. Hence, he would seek to pass appropriate orders 3

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on the other hand would submit that case of the petitioner is under consideration and necessary action would be taken in due course of time by respondent No.2. She would submit that the case of the petitioner has to be examined in detail by the official respondents and she also would seek to pass appropriate orders.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue and upon perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the case of the petitioner is already been considered by respondent No.4 by recommending the case of the petitioner to respondent No.2 vide Lr.No.B/76712023, dated 20.10.2023 Accordingly respondent No.2 is directed to examine the case of the petitioner on the recommendation made by respondent No.4 dated

20.10.2023 and conduct necessary enquiry and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with Iaw, by issuing notices to all concerned parties and after affording sufficient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 4 ninet' (90) working days frorn the date of receipt of a copy of this
