.....Respondent(s) Petition under Article 226 praying that in the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ, order or Direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the orders issued by 1st respondent dated 17-1-2012 in 0.P.No.39 to 54 of 2011 for purportedly determining and approving Fuel Surcharge Adjustment (FSA) for the financial year 2009- 2010 (April, 2009 to March, 2010) and consequent issuing the paper publication dated 25-6-2012 notifying the same for collection of FSA charges with effect from July,2012 from the Consumers including the Petitioners as illegal, contrary to Regulation No.1 of 2003 being arbitrary, without jurisdiction or power, and in violation of principles of natural justice and the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Electricity Reform Act, 1998 and Electricity Act, 2003, besides violating petitioners rights guaranteed under Art.14, 19(1) (g) and 300A of Constitution of India and set aside the same.
