2. learned counsel for t1le petitioners submit that the petitioner Nos.2, 5 arrd 4 are accused Nos.l to 3 in Crime No.75 of 2O25 on the file of Doma police Station, Vikarabad District, dated 17.O4.2O2S registered for the offences under Sections 318(2), s18(4), 336(2),336(3) and 3ao(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (for brevity, tsNSJ and petitioner Nos.1 ard 3 are not arrayed as accused in the said crime and they are no way concerned with the said case and they have been intentionaliy dragged into the instant case.

Leamed counsel for the petitioners further submits that without issuing notice to the petitioners undei Section 41_A of IPC/Section 35 (3) of BNSS, 2023 in connection with Crime No.75 of 2025 on the file of Doma police Station, Vikarabad District, dated 17.O4.2O25, the respondent No.4_station House 2 Offrcer is celling the petitioners to the Police Staliorr time arrd again.
