3. ln vi:,v of the same, this Writ Petiti on is disrposed of, direct.ing respondent No.4 uiz., Superintending Etrlfneer, Banjaralilts, TGSPDCL, to consider the repr,:ser.rtations 2 submitted by tl:e petitioner dated 27.O5.2O25 and O3.O4.2O25 in response to the impugned notices of demand, dated 28.02.2025, 17.O4.2O25 and 15.05.2025 issued to the petitioner by the Superintending Engineer, Banjarahills, TGSPDCL, in accordance to law, in conformit5r with principles of natural justice, by providing an opportunit5r of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision on Lhe subject issue to tJre petitioner
