The case of the p6titioner as set out in the alfidavit is that the respondent authorities are [hreatening the petitioner on the pretext of arrest and seizing the petitioner,s agricultural property without registering any crime, wilhout issuing any notice or proceeding, thereby intr:rferrng with the petitioner,s personal life and liberty without following due process of law u,hich action of the respondents it is contended is highly arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 74, lg,2I and 3OO_A of the Constitutron of India. 4. Per contra, learned Gover.nment pleader for Home appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that as of date, no conapfant has been receivecl against the pctitioner by 4 2 -< -a --.rrl the respondent authorities to initiate any action as being alleged

5. Learned Government Pleader would further submit that the petitioner, apprehending that complaints may be lodged against him, based on u,hich thc respondent authorities may take action had approached this Court by making false allegations against the respondents.

7. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader is taken on record.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, since it is stated that as of date no complaint has been received nor any crime is registered agains[ [hc petitioner hcrein, this Court is of the view that in the event of any complaint being lodged or any case being registered, the respondent authorities are to be directed to follow due process of law.
