5. On considering the submissions made by both parties and upon perusal of the material available on record, it is observed that no application has been filed by respondent No. 15 as on date. However, in the event of respondent No. 15 filing any application seeking building permission, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the said application only after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and considering the objections, if any.
