SREENIVAS RAO IIIRIT PETITION No.11430 of 2OL4 ORDER: \ \ This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.92 of 2014 on the file of Central Crime Police Station, Hyderabad, wherein the petitioners were arrayed as accused Nos.l and 2 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 4O3,42O of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 61(2)(a)(i), 61(2Xb) and 101 of Waqf Act, 1995.
2. Ms.Sonanjali, learned counsel representing Sri N.Naveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners is present.
3. Sri B.Sridhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l and 2 submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Investigation Officer, after conducting the investigation, filed final report before the concerned Magistrate on 23.LO.2O24 stating that the complaint has been closed due to lack of evidence.
In view of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
