Per contra, learned Assistant Public Prosecul'or contends that the petitioner has no rolc in the proceedirlfls before thc trial Colrrt and that it is only a custodian and it cannot question the relcase of catlle. He flrther contends that the trial Court has rightly passt--d thc orclers by scrupulously examining thc material belorc it and hencc, thc findings cannot be stated to be perverse. Thus stating, hc rcquestcd to dismiss the petitions.
