The case of the petitioncrs is that respor-rdenl alrthoritics issued show cause nolice on 19.O5.2025 directing them to appear in person or through an Advocate on 21.O5.2025 and accordingly the-v have appeared througtr Advocate before the respondent auihoritics and lrled counter affidavit on 27.O5.2025 along with documents but the respondent aulhority on 31.O5.2025 without hearing thcm and without following the due procedure posted the matter for orders, as such learned counscl requestcd this Court to direct the 2"d \ t respondent Competent authority, Telanga:ra Housing Board, SouLi] Division, MJ Road, Nampally, Hyderabad to follow the due procedure.
