During the course of hearing, Iealned counsel for respondent \os.l and 2 submits that pursuant to the interim order dated O3.O7.2023 granted by this Court, the respondents considered the claim of the petitioner and petitioner rrl-eady left India on 29.12.2024. Hence, the cause in this writ petition does not survive 2
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach this Court, whenever fresh cause arises and the sarne was not disputed by the learned counsel for respondents.
5. In view of the above said submissions, writ petition is closed, granting liberty as sought for.
