2. [,earned senior counsel appearing for respondent Nos.8 to 10 submitted that pursuant to the speaking order dated 09.05.2025 passed by respondent No.7, structures raised by respondent Nos.8 to 10 in the subject property have been sealed. Respondent No.8 submitted representation dated 13.11.2025 to respondent No.7 to unseal the subject property, so as to dismantle the unauthorized structures in compliance of the speaking order dated 09.05.2025. It is subrrritted that unauthorized structures raised in the subject property will be removed and thereafter, the shortfall objections raised by the GHMC authorities in File No.00736+,iC;ffMC 103462l SWBP/CIlP.l /2025 dated 08.10.2025 will be comptied with.
3. Grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that action has not been initiated by the GHMC authorities frrr removing the unauthorized structures raised by respondent Nos.8 to 10 in the subject property.
4. As speaking order dated 09.05.2025 is already passed by respondent No.7 and in view eflh. submissions of the learned senior counsel appearing for respondent Nos.8 to l0 that structures \ w^ J raised unauthorizedly will be dismantled, and short fall objections dated 08.10.2025 will be complied, and building will be' constructed in accordance with sanctioned plan, if building permission is granted, recording the salne, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.5 to 7 to unseal the property admeasuring 4801.54 square meters in Survey Nos.34 and 28 situated at Sogbowli Village, Rajendranagar Masdal, Ranga Reddy District, within a period of five (5) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, respondent Nos.8 to 10 are directed to dismantle the unauthorized structures raised in the subject property in comptiance of the speaking order, within a period of ten (10) days thereof.
