2. On the earlier occasion on 06.08.2O25, th.s Courl directed as foilows " .... In pursuance to the said direction, Inspect(l r of Survey, District Survey and Land Records, Mancherial, conducte{l a joint survey and submitted report dated O2.O9.2O25 wherein it is -eported that " after fixing the Sg.No.70 &* 75 boundaries, in Sg.No.70 land the Singareni Compang is in possession of total extent of Ac.i''15 Gts land and in [+ +fi:': I J .at -) Sg.No.7S Singareni Compang is in possession of an extent of Ac.27-25 Gts to the acqutred land. But there are uariations obserued regarding the Subdiuision records to Actual possession of the tand. bg the Singareni Company. The details of Sy.No.7O and 75 land boundaries, Iand acquisition details are futnished in location map, for taking further action."

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to the location map, attached along with the inspection report, wherein it is mentioned that the nature of land is Patta land and the total land acquired as per SDR extent by the SCCL is Acs.27-25 gts.,; extent of land on ground as per survey is Acs.37-O9 gts., and balance land under control of others is Acs.9-24 gts. It is further submitted that since the petitioners iand is in Sy.No.7O and 75, they would take furlher appropriate steps in terms of the joint survey report dated

02.O9.2025 by making an application before the Revenue authori[ies to demarcate the petitioners land.
