2. Heard Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned senior counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Ms.Manjari S Ganu, learned colrnsel for respondent No.13. Perused the record.

3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the parties to this urrit petition are the parties to the appeal suit in A.S.No.737 of 2}lg, which is pending before this Court. While so, he r,r,ould submit that the respondents have booked slot for registration of the property uide appbcation No.25OO2 90462 lor alienating the ) propertv in Sy.No.229lB l2/l ll, admeasuring Ac.l.27 guntas situated at Nellutla Village, Lingala Ghanpur Mandal, Jangoan District, in favour of respondent No.13. Due to Lrrgency, he would submit that the u'rit petition is filed seeking a direction to official respondents not to entertain any registration in respect of the land in Sy.No.229lB /2/1/l during pendency of the appeal suit.

Opposing the same, learned counsel for respondent No. 13 would submit that since there is no stay order in A.S.No.737 ot 2O19 which is pending before this Court, the judgment passed by the learned trial Court in O.S. No.65 of 2Ol2 vide jr-rdgment and decree dated 10.06.20 19 has become final. She would further submit that the petitioner has got everv right and the remedy available as per Section 52 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and further action, if any taken by the petitioner, shall be subject to the out- come of A.S.No.737 of 2Ol9 and seeks to dismiss this writ petition. tn repll', learned counsel for the petitioner would 5. fairly submit that as the petitioner got remecll' to fiie necessarY application before the Hon'ble Division Elench of -1 this Court in A.S.No.737 of 2019,liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file necessary appiication in A.S. No.737 of 2O19 seeking the remedy as sought for in this u'rit petition, till such time, he would seek direction to maintain Status- Quo.

Having heard leamed counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for unoflicial respondent, this Court deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate application in A.S.No.737 of 2019, within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, Status-Quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained by both the parties in respect of the subject property in all respects.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// H.S.
