2. Considered the submissions of the learned. counsel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Gorrernment plcadcr for Revenue appearing for the respondcnt Nos. 1 Lo 5; Sri Jagathpal Recldy Kasi Reddy, learned counsel for the respondenL Nos.6 and 7 and perused the record.
3. The petitioner herein is the son of respondcr_rt Nos.6 and 7. It is stated that respondent Nos.6 ancl 7 havc hled a case against the petitioner under the provisions of the Maintenancc wellare of I / I 2 Parents anL Srr lior Citizens Lct' 2OO7 (for short 'th'' '\r t' 2007J before resp:rLdr: rt No 4-Revenue Divisional Ofhcer (RDo) s:ekir-rg to allorv thern i lt:l H.No.2-68/ 1 Situated at Hltnulnan Veeclhi, ' \'llarge and Mandal, Hanumakonda Dtsl -ict' aud l o 4 vide proceedings No'D/ 1300712O'2 ' dated hir'; directed the petitioner to vacale f-or:a the said Dharmasallar responden - t6.O2.202:i premises.

[n view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be met if the petitioner is allowed to stay in H.No.2_ 68/ I situated at Hanuman Veedhi, Dharmasagar Village and Mandal, Hanumakonda District, subject to paying an amount of Rs.6,O00/- per month to respondent Nos.6 and 7 on or before Sth of every month. The petitioner is further directed to submit an undertaking before the appellate authority stating that he will vacate the said premises within a period of four (4) weeks, in the event if the outcome of the appeal hled by him is adverse. Respondent No.3 shall dispose of the Appeal filed by the petitioner as cxpeditiously as possible. 7 . With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of No order as to costs.
