3. With the (:onsent of learned counsel for the partie:1, the writ petition is being Jisposed of at the stage of admission. 2

The grievance of the petitioners is that they have submitted representation to respondent No.4 on 02.05.2025, requesting him to grant permission to conduct 'Raithu Bahirangha Sabha' which included rally of 800 farmers from 'Karmika Maidanam' opposite to Ratna Hotel, Warangal to 'Sai Convention Hall', Siva Nagar via JPN Road, Warangal chourastha head post office center, scheduled to be held on 27 -05.2025 from l0:00 AM to 0l:00 PM and the rally meeting is going to be in the ground of Azamjahi Mill from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The above said representation was forwarded by respondent Nos-2 to 6 on 08.05'2025' However, respondent No.6 has not taken any steps to consider the same' It is further averred that the petitioners have submitted another representation on 16.05.2025, seeking grant of police permission and mic permission in order to conduct farmers rally meeting and also to provide police security. As per the direction of respondent No'6, dated 11 .05.2025, petitioners have submitted application for police permission through TS Online P ortal vide application No. I 52 1 17 0525 | I 4045 L 413. In spite of the repeated requests made by the petitioners, the respondent Nos.6 to 8 have not taken any action. Hence, the present writ petition.

5.LearnedSeniorCounselforthepetitionerssubmittedthat petitioners have submitted application through TS Online Portal on I 3 17 .05.2025, req uesting respondent Nos.6 to i8 to frrovide rally permission and mic permission for 'Raithu Bahirangha Sabha', scheduled to be held from 26.05.2025 to 28.05.:2025, uith the main event beir-rg conducted at Sai Convention Hall, Siva Nagar via JPN Road, Waratrgal chourastha head post office center, on 27.')5.2025 from 10:00 AM to 0l:00 PM. Inspite of the same, responclertt Nos.6 to 8 have not takr:n any steps to consider the same, with,lut any reasons.

6. Learne d l.ssistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that the petition,:rs have to submit 'No Objection Certifi.cate' from respondent lrlo.4 and on submission of such certificate, respondent Nos.6 to 8 will consider the representations dated 02.01:,.2025 and
